Job description
- Door-to-door canvassing to generate qualified roofing leads
- Working assigned neighborhoods and surrounding area to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct initial roof inspections and presenting findings to homeowners
- conduct final walkthrough inspection with property owners
- Monitoring roof builds and assisting with jobsite coordination
- Transporting materials to job sites and returning unused materials
- Guiding homeowners through the roofing process from start to finish (retail or Insurance)
- Communicating with Insurance adjuster, public adjuster, appraisers, and attorneys
- Networking with property managers, apartment complexes, real estate agencies, new home builders, BNI groups, and referral partners.
